Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all products and services offered by Brain10xcel, including DMIT and psychometric tests, career counseling, and training programs, are non-returnable. Once a service has been availed, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

  1. Services Already Availed
    Refunds are not processed for services that have already been delivered or partially used. This includes test reports, counseling sessions, or training materials that have been accessed.
  2. Unutilized Services
    If a payment has been made but the service has not been availed, the client may request a refund by contacting Brain10xcel’s support team within 7 days of the payment. Approved refund requests will be processed to the client’s registered bank account within 7 working days after verification.
  3. Subscription or Long-Term Programs
    No refunds will be granted for ongoing or partially completed programs unless specified in the program’s terms at the time of enrollment.
  4. Cancellation by Brain10xcel
    If Brain10xcel cancels a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will have the option to reschedule the service or request a full refund.
  5. Disputes
    Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with Brain10xcel’s internal grievance redressal mechanism.

Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests can be initiated by emailing support@brain10xcel.com with proof of payment and the reason for the request.

Once the request is received, it will undergo verification, and the client will be notified of the outcome within 3 working days.
